  • When do pre-orders start?

    We're currently targeting a Summer 2021 launch date and plan on activating pre-orders in July. If you sign up on our website, you'll be sent information on the launch and a discount code to order with exclusive pricing before we go live!

  • How long will orders usually take to ship?

    Ground orders can take up to 3-4 business days to be packed and shipped. All PER orders ship from Northern California and once shipped, standard ground shipments can take as little as 4-5 days to destinations within California and up to 5-10 business days to the East Coast.
    We know that shipping times are important to our customers and we are working hard to improve the speed at which our gear makes it to you. We thank you for your understanding and support!

  • Will you ship internationally?

    We're starting off shipping to USA and Canada, but working on expanding to other countries shortly thereafter!

  • Will you offer pre-paid return shipping labels?

    Of course! We'll provide pre-paid PER Return Shipping Labels for all online purchases. We want you to have a totally risk-free experience trying out our gear. 

  • How do I contact customer care?

    We love hearing from our customers! While you can reach out at anytime, please note our customer care hours are between 9a and 5p PST, Monday through Friday.

  • What is your return policy?

    If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, send it back! We'll be happy to accept returns for a refund and provide a pre-paid shipping label for orders placed through our website. (If an order is older than 60 days we may only be able to offer store credit).

  • Where is my 'WELCOME/sign-up' discount code?

    The % discount code will be sent to the email you provided in our sign-up box. 

    Be sure to check your promotions or junk folders as they can sometimes land in there. If you happen to miss it, please email us at support@perclothing.com to help out!

  • Can I purchase Gift Cards on your site?

    We're not able to offer Gift Cards at this time, but we're working on it!

  • Where are your clothes manufactured?

    We design all of our gear in-house at our HQ in San Francisco and our products are manufactured in India. We pride ourselves on using only fair and ethical manufacturing facilities. In the future, we'll be producing as much as we can here in the USA!

  • How do I become a wholesaler?

    As a young brand, we are taking things with a slow approach to ensure we are doing things the right way, always. We're always happy to talk about potential partnerships. Please fill out this form and our team will get back to you in 5-10 business days.

  • Do you have an Athlete or Influencer Program?

    We do! We're currently focusing on partnerships that allow us to work closely on a day-to-day basis. We're are looking for athletes and certified coaches/trainers to represent PER. As a PER influencer, you get special discounts and access to brand updates before anyone else! Reach out to us and we'll be in touch shortly.
